2. Place the plastic bag containing the item in the vacuum chamber, with the bag mouth neatly placed on the heat seal.

3. Press the cover and the vacuum indicator light on the panel will light up. When the vacuum pump starts pumping, the hood will automatically be sucked in. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to packaging requirements. When adjusting, the scale should be from low to high and from small to large.

4. Packaging products that require vacuum packaging, then place the open end on the sealing strip, taking care to keep the bag straight. If it is packaged in small bags, multiple bags can also be packed side by side at the same time.

5. When the pumping reaches the set time, which is the end of pumping, the pumping indicator light goes out and the inflation indicator light lights up, indicating the start of inflation. As mentioned above, the inflation knob can adjust the inflation time. If inflation is not required, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator light will turn off.

6. When exhaust or inflation occurs, the indicator light goes out and the heat sealing indicator light comes on, indicating the start of the sealing process. The panel is equipped with heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs to adapt to materials of different thicknesses. When adjusting the time and temperature, the rotation amplitude should be small to prevent a sudden increase in the temperature of the heat seal and damage to the heat seal accessories.

7. When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light goes out and the heat sealing is completed. The vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the electromagnetic valve until the cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum inflation packaging process is completely completed, preparing for the next packaging cycle.
