1. Prep the Road Surface: Excavate the roadway to the desired elevation and fully compact the subgrade.


2. Unroll the Geotextile Fabric: Roll out the fabric on the compacted subgrade, ensuring it's free of wrinkles and folds.


3. Sew the Geotextile Fabric: Seam the fabric with a dual thread lock stitch to prevent unraveling. Choose from prayer, j, or butterfly seam.


4. Apply Aggregate: Place aggregate to specified thickness, ensuring full compaction.


5. Lay Asphalt: Complete the installation by adding the pavement layer.
