Production Process

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature, allowing for easier subsequent processing.

  • Avoid dragging or forcefully pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane to fit the actual needs.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% during cutting to account for local sinking and stretching, avoiding overly tight cuts.

  • Ensure the geomembranes are laid flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.
