Our blow molded geomembrane, produced by Dezhou Sentai Environmental Technology Company Limited, is a high-quality anti-seepage material designed to meet your specific needs. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this geomembrane offers excellent durability and resistance to oxidation and UV radiation.

 

Production Process:

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select the finest high-density polyethylene raw materials according to your design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's properties, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape through our state-of-the-art blow molding machine. This process forms a thin film by blowing the plastic out from the circular cross-section nozzle.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature using our advanced cooling device, ensuring optimal conditions for subsequent processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction, achieving the required thickness.

  6. Cutting: Following design specifications, the geomembrane is cut after traction to form a specified length and width.

  7. Inspection: We conduct thorough quality inspections on the produced geotextile, assessing its thickness, strength, toughness, oxidation resistance, and other aspects. Only qualified geomembranes proceed to the next process.

Geomembrane Installation Guide

 

Geomembrane, an essential geosynthetic material, finds extensive use in geotechnical and civil engineering projects. Installation Steps of Geomembrane



 

Preparation Work

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the necessary requirements, remove debris and dust, and ensure a flat and solid foundation.

  • Avoid dragging or forcefully pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.

Measurement and Cropping

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area and cut the geomembrane accordingly.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% to accommodate local sinking and stretching, avoiding overly tight cuts.


  •  


 

Laying

 

  • Keep the geomembranes flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, ensuring a secure fit between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.

  • Ensure a slightly loose laying of the membrane to prevent the formation of bubbles at the bottom.

  • The laying sequence should start from the slope and progress towards the bottom of the field. When laying on slopes, align the film parallel to the maximum slope line.
