Soft permeable pipe is a new type of pipe with reverse filtration (drainage) function, which overcomes many drawbacks of other drainage pipes. It utilizes the "capillary" phenomenon and "siphon" principle, integrates water absorption, permeability, and drainage, and has the pressure resistance, permeability, and reverse filtration functions required by engineering design. It does not break due to geological or geographical temperature changes, and can achieve the effect of discharging clean water without causing secondary pollution to the environment. It belongs to a new type of environmentally friendly product.
 

Permeable pipes are supported by anti rust spring coils to form a high compression soft structure. The non-woven fabric lining filters out mud and sand impurities, preventing them from entering the pipes and achieving the function of water purification. The polyester filament outer wrapping layer has excellent water absorption and can quickly collect excess water in the soil. The rubber band integrates the coating layer of the pipe wall with the spring steel ring pipe body, providing excellent all-round water permeability. The permeable water smoothly seeps into the pipe, while mud and sand impurities are blocked outside the pipe, achieving the purpose of water permeability, filtration, and drainage.

Materials used to form flexible permeable pipes

1) High carbon steel wire: treated with phosphoric acid rust prevention and covered with PVC to prevent acid and alkali corrosion. The unique spiral skeleton of the steel wire ensures that the surface of the pipe wall is flat and can withstand pressure.

. 2) Non woven filter layer: Ensure effective filtration and prevent sediment from entering the tube.

3) Synthetic polyester fiber: The warp yarn is made of high-strength polyester yarn or nylon yarn covered with PVC, and the weft yarn is made of special fibers with sufficient tensile strength.

 The characteristics of soft permeable pipes:

1) Small pore diameter, all-round permeability, and good permeability;

2) High compressive and tensile strength, with a long service life;

3) Good corrosion resistance and resistance to microbial erosion;
