Production Process

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's resistance to oxidation and UV rays, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

Preparation Work

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets all necessary requirements, removing debris and dust while ensuring a flat and solid foundation.

  • Handle and store the geomembrane with care, avoiding dragging or hard pulling to prevent any damage.

Measurement and Cropping

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane to fit the actual needs.
