Production Process:

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's properties, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers to improve its antioxidant and UV resistance.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape through our advanced blow molding machine head, creating a thin film with precision.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature using our specialized cooling device, ensuring optimal conditions for subsequent processing.
