Begin by excavating the roadway to the desired elevation. Then, fully compact the subgrade, ensuring all air is removed and the soil is tightly packed.
Roll out the geotextile fabric onto the compacted subgrade, ensuring it is free of wrinkles and folds. Follow the engineer's instructions for overlapping the fabric.
