Plastic drainage boards are divided into two series: roll materials and sheet materials. In terms of shape, special processes are used to press the plastic board out of a closed and protruding cylindrical shell, forming a concave convex film. The shell is continuous, with three-dimensional space and a certain support height. During edge processing and production, butyl rubber strips are hot glued, and the top of the shell is covered with a geotextile filter layer, which is used for water seepage, drainage, and storage products. The product specifications are divided into square greening and basement use, with H20 and H25 specifications available for selection.

Installation Instructions

1. Clean up the garbage and level the cement on the laying site to ensure that there are no obvious bumps or bumps on the site. A slope of 2-5 ‰ is required for the outdoor garage roof and roof garden.
2. It is possible to concentrate the water discharged from the drainage board and discharge it to nearby sewer pipes or urban sewers.
3. The basement ground is impermeable, with an elevated floor above the foundation. Before making the floor, a layer of drainage board is made, with a protruding platform facing downwards and blind ditches left around to prevent groundwater from flowing up. The seepage naturally flows into the surrounding blind ditches through the space of the drainage board, and then into the drainage pit through the blind ditches.
4. The basement wall can prevent water seepage by laying drainage boards on the main wall of the building, with the protruding platform facing the main wall. Build another layer of single wall outside the drainage board or use steel wire mesh powder cement to protect the drainage board, so that the space of the seepage board outside the wall flows directly into the blind ditch and leads to the drainage pit.

5. When laying drainage boards in any location, attention must be paid to not allowing soil, cement, yellow sand, and other garbage to enter the front space of the drainage board, ensuring that the space of the drainage board is unobstructed.
6. When laying drainage boards, protective measures should be taken as much as possible. When laying drainage boards on the surface or in outdoor garages, backfilling work should be done as soon as possible to prevent strong winds from disrupting the drainage board and affecting the laying quality. The basement and interior wall waterproofing should be protected as soon as possible to prevent damage to the drainage board by people or objects.
7. The backfill soil is cohesive soil, and it is ideal to lay 3-5 cm of yellow sand on the geotextile, which is beneficial for the filtration of the geotextile; If the backfill soil is a nutrient soil or lightweight soil, there is no need to lay another layer of yellow sand. This soil itself is very loose and easy to filter water.
8. When laying the drainage board, overlap 1-2 support points on the right side, or the two bottom plates can be aligned. Use geotextile to overlap on top, as long as there is no soil entering the drainage channel of the drainage board, it can maintain smooth drainage.
