1. Prep the road surface: Excavate the roadway to the desired elevation and fully compact the subgrade.


2. Unroll the reinforcement geotextile fabric: Roll out the fabric on the compacted subgrade, ensuring it's free of wrinkles and folds.


3. Sew the geotextile fabric: Seam the fabric with a dual thread lock stitch to prevent unraveling. Choose from prayer, j, or butterfly seams.


4. Apply Aggregate: Place aggregate to specified thickness, ensuring full compaction before proceeding.


5. Lay Asphalt: Complete the installation by adding the pavement layer.
