Installation Instructions

1. Firstly, the road surface should be cleaned to ensure that there are no debris on it, and it is even better to clean it with clean water. Repair cracks larger than 0.6cm on the road surface, and the repair materials can be asphalt concrete, asphalt sand, or cement mixed soil according to different situations.
2. Hot asphalt distributor can be used to spray adhesive layer oil on the road surface, and the amount of oil can depend on the oil absorption rate of the road surface. The general dosage is between 0.9-1.2kg/m2, and asphalt with an oil grade of 60 or above is generally used.
 

 

3. When laying geotextiles, it is necessary to ensure that the roll material is at a certain height on the ground. After the non-woven geotextile is tensioned and straightened, it is then bonded with the adhesive layer oil, brushed with a brush, and rolled with a steel roller.
4. After the fabric is fully combined with the adhesive layer oil, sprinkle non crushed stones on it. Non crushed stones are usually made of melon seed flakes or medium coarse sand. The amount of crushed stones depends on the oil leakage on the surface of the fabric, usually around 2m3/km2.
5. When laying geotextiles on a large area, fixed devices can be considered at the horizontal overlap of the fabric depending on the specific situation.
