Product Description

 

The blow molded geomembrane, manufactured by Dezhou Sentai Environmental Technology Company Limited, is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) based anti-seepage material. It offers excellent performance in preventing seepage and is widely used in various applications.

 

Production Process

 

The production process of our blow molded geotextile includes the following steps:

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design requirements. Additionally, we add appropriate additives such as carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers to enhance the geomembrane's resistance to oxidation and UV rays.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape through the blow molding machine head, under a specific pressure. This process forms a thin film by blowing the plastic out from the circular cross-section nozzle.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature using a cooling device, facilitating subsequent processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction to achieve the desired thickness.

  6. Cutting: After traction, the geomembrane is cut according to the design specifications, resulting in a specified length and width.

  7. Inspection: We conduct a thorough quality inspection on the produced geotextile, assessing aspects such as thickness, strength, toughness, and oxidation resistance. Only qualified geomembranes proceed to the next process.

Geomembrane Installation Guide



 

Geomembrane, an essential geosynthetic material, is extensively utilized in geotechnical and civil engineering projects. It offers exceptional anti-seepage, corrosion resistance, deformation adaptability, and frost resistance, making it indispensable in various engineering applications.



 

Installation Steps of Geomembrane:



 

Preparation Work:

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the required standards, removing debris and dust, and ensuring a flat and solid foundation.

  • Avoid dragging or hard pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.


  •  


 

Measurement and Cropping:

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane, considering a margin of 1.5% for local sinking and stretching.

  • Cut the geomembrane according to the actual needs, avoiding excessively tight cuts.


  •  


 

Laying:

 

  • Keep the geomembranes flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, ensuring proper contact between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.

  • Keep the laying of the membrane slightly loose to prevent the formation of bubbles at the bottom.

  • Start laying from the slope and proceed towards the bottom of the field, ensuring the direction of the film is parallel to the maximum slope line.
