Production Process

 

The production process of our blow molded geotextile involves the following steps:

  2. Melting: The selected HDPE raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape using our state-of-the-art blow molding machine head. This process forms a thin film as the plastic is blown out from the circular cross-section nozzle.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature through our efficient cooling device, facilitating subsequent processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction to achieve the desired thickness.

  6. Cutting: Following design specifications, the geomembrane is cut to the required length and width after the traction process.

  7. Inspection: We conduct rigorous quality inspections on the produced geotextile, assessing its thickness, strength, toughness, oxidation resistance, and other aspects. Only qualified geomembranes proceed to the next process.

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the necessary requirements, remove debris and dust, and ensure a flat and solid foundation.

  • Avoid dragging or hard pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.

Measurement and Cropping

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane according to the actual needs.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% when cutting to account for local sinking and stretching.

Laying

 

  • Keep the geomembranes flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, ensuring a proper fit between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.

  • Ensure the laying of the membrane is slightly loose to avoid bubbles at the bottom.
