Production Process

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select the finest high-density polyethylene raw materials according to specific design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's resistance to oxidation and UV rays, we add an appropriate amount of additives, including carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers.

  2. Melting: Our selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic substance.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape using our state-of-the-art blow molding machine head, which applies controlled pressure. This process forms a thin film as the plastic is blown out from the circular cross-section nozzle.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature using a specialized cooling device, facilitating subsequent processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction to achieve the desired thickness.

  6. Cutting: Following design specifications, the geomembrane is cut after traction to achieve the required length and width.

  7. Inspection: We rigorously inspect the produced geotextile, evaluating thickness, strength, toughness, oxidation resistance, and other crucial aspects. Only qualified geomembranes proceed to the next process.
