Blow molded geomembrane is a type of anti-seepage material that uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the raw material. The production process of blow molded geotextile mainly includes the following steps:

1.Ingredients: Select appropriate high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design requirements. An appropriate amount of additives such as carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers need to be added to the raw materials to improve the antioxidant and UV resistance properties of the geomembrane.

2.Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted through an extruder to form a molten plastic.

3.Blow molding: Molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape through the blow molding machine head under a certain pressure. During the blow molding process, the plastic film is blown out from the circular cross-section nozzle under the action of the blow molding machine, forming a thin film.

4.Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature through a cooling device, making it easier for subsequent processing.

5.Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction to achieve the required thickness.

6.Cutting: According to the design specifications, cut the geomembrane after traction to form a specified length and width of geomembrane.

7.Inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the produced geotextile, including thickness, strength, toughness, oxidation resistance, and other aspects. Only qualified geomembranes can proceed to the next process.

8.Packaging: Qualified geotextile films are packaged for storage and transportation.
