Production Process

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select the finest high-density polyethylene raw materials according to your design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's properties, we add additives such as carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers to improve its resistance to oxidation and UV rays.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.
