Production Process



 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's properties, we add additives such as carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers for improved antioxidant and UV resistance.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted through an extruder to form a molten plastic.

Preparation Work

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the necessary requirements, remove debris and dust, and ensure a flat and solid foundation.

  • Avoid dragging or forcefully pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.

Measurement and Cropping

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane, and cut it according to the actual needs.
