Production Process

 

The production process of our blow molded geotextile involves the following steps:

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to your design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's properties, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers to improve its antioxidant and UV resistance.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape using our state-of-the-art blow molding machine. This process forms a thin film as the plastic is blown out from the circular cross-section nozzle.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature through a cooling device, ensuring it is ready for further processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction to achieve the desired thickness.

  6. Cutting: Following the design specifications, the geomembrane is cut after traction to form a specified length and width.

  7. Inspection: We conduct a thorough quality inspection on the produced geotextile, assessing its thickness, strength, toughness, oxidation resistance, and other aspects. Only qualified geomembranes proceed to the next process.

Measurement and Cropping:

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane, ensuring precise dimensions.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% during cutting to account for local sinking and stretching, avoiding excessive tightness.

Laying:
