Production Process

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to your design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's properties, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers.

  2. Melting: The selected HDPE raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape using our state-of-the-art blow molding machine. This process creates a thin film by blowing the plastic out from the circular cross-section nozzle.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature, making it easier for subsequent processing.

  • Avoid dragging or forcefully pulling the geomembrane during transportation and storage to prevent damage.
