Production Process:

 

  1. Ingredients: The raw materials, carefully selected according to design requirements, are high-density polyethylene. To enhance the geomembrane's antioxidant and UV resistance properties, additives such as carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers are incorporated.

  2. Melting: The chosen high-density polyethylene is melted using an extruder, creating a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: Under controlled pressure, the molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape using a blow molding machine. The circular cross-section nozzle ensures the formation of a precise thin film.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature through a specialized cooling device, facilitating further processing.

Installation Steps of Geomembrane:



 

Preparation Work:

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the necessary requirements, remove debris and dust, and ensure a flat and solid foundation.

  • Handle geomembranes with care during transportation and storage to prevent any damage.

Measurement and Cropping:

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area and cut the geomembrane accordingly.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% to accommodate local sinking and stretching, avoiding overly tight cuts.

Laying:

 

  • Ensure the geomembranes are laid flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, both between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.

  • Keep the laying slightly loose to prevent bubbles from forming at the bottom of the membrane.
