Production Process

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design specifications. To enhance the geomembrane's resistance to oxidation and UV rays, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers.

  2. Melting: The selected HDPE raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.
