Woven bags are a type of plastic used for packaging, typically made from various chemical plastic materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene; Plastic woven bags are made from polypropylene resin as the main raw material, extruded and stretched into flat threads, and then woven and bagged. Today, we will introduce the production process of woven bags to you:
(1) Raw material mixing and drying: Put polypropylene, polyethylene resin, and filling masterbatch into a drying mixer for mixing and drying, with a drying time of 20-30 minutes and a drying temperature of 100-120 ºC;
(2) Raw material extrusion and molding: The mixed and dried raw materials are placed into an extruder, which is heated by the barrel and sheared by the screw and the barrel to become a molten state. After being extruded into a thin film by the extruder die, it is cooled at a temperature of 40-60 ºC;
(3) Wire drawing: Cut the film into preforms using a blade and stretch them in an oven to form flat threads; After further heat setting, traction shrinkage, and low-temperature treatment, it is compared and then rolled into shape by a winding machine. The traction ratio is 1:4-1:8, and the low-temperature treatment temperature is 30-50 ºC;
(4) Weaving: After the winding is formed, it is loaded into the shuttle magazine. Under the push of the shuttle pushing device, the shuttle moves in a circular motion. With the close cooperation of the warp supply system and the shuttle pushing device, it is woven into a cylindrical flat fabric. After comparison, it is wound by the winding machine behind the warp frame. When the diameter of the wound coil reaches 1.2-1.4m, it is unloaded;
(5) Printing and cutting: The qualified woven fabric produced in the previous process is printed with a printing machine to form product related information on the woven fabric, and then cut into the required size by a bag cutting machine;
(6) Sewing: Cut the woven fabric and use a sewing machine to make plastic woven bags.
