Production Process

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, forming a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape through our state-of-the-art blow molding machine. This process allows the plastic film to be blown out from the circular cross-section nozzle, creating a precise thin film.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature using our advanced cooling device, ensuring optimal conditions for subsequent processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction, achieving the required thickness.

  6. Cutting: Following the design specifications, the geomembrane is cut after traction to form a specified length and width.

  • Avoid dragging or hard pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.

Measurement and Cropping:

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane, leaving a margin of 1.5% for local sinking and stretching.

  • When cutting, avoid being too tight, and cut according to actual needs.

Laying:
