Production Process:

 

  1. Ingredients: We carefully select high-density polyethylene raw materials according to design requirements. To enhance the geomembrane's resistance to oxidation and UV rays, we add appropriate amounts of carbon black, antioxidants, and UV absorbers.

  2. Melting: The selected high-density polyethylene raw material is melted using an extruder, resulting in a molten plastic.

  3. Blow Molding: The molten plastic is blown into a thin film shape through our state-of-the-art blow molding machine. This process ensures the formation of a high-quality, uniform thin film.

  4. Cooling: The blown geosynthetic film is gradually cooled to room temperature using an advanced cooling device, facilitating further processing.

  5. Traction: The cooled geotextile is pulled through a traction device at a set speed and direction to achieve the desired thickness.

  6. Cutting: After traction, the geomembrane is precisely cut according to design specifications, resulting in a specified length and width.

Geomembrane Installation Guide

Preparation Work:

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the necessary requirements, remove debris and dust, and ensure a flat and solid foundation.

  • Avoid dragging or forcefully pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.

Measurement and Cropping:

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane, and cut it according to the actual needs.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% during cutting to account for local sinking and stretching, avoiding overly tight cuts.

Laying:

 

  • Ensure the geomembranes are laid flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, both between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.

  • Keep the laying of the membrane slightly loose to prevent bubbles from forming at the bottom.

  • The laying sequence should start from the slope and progress towards the bottom of the field. When laying on a slope, align the film direction parallel to the maximum slope line.
