High strength steel wire (or other fibers) is specially treated with polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and other additives are added to form a composite high-strength tensile strip through extrusion. If the surface has rough embossing, it is a high-strength reinforced geotextile strip. From this single strip, it is formed by weaving or clamping at a certain distance vertically and horizontally, and welding its junction points using special strengthening bonding fusion welding technology (ultrasonic welding technology), which is called reinforced geogrid.
1. Compared with traditional grilles, it has the characteristics of high strength, strong bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, high friction coefficient, uniform perforation, convenient construction, and long service life.

Construction precautions
 

1. The laying surface of the geogrid should be relatively flat. After the acceptance of the laying layer, in order to prevent longitudinal skewness, white lines or hanging lines should be drawn on the laying layer according to the width to start laying. Then, U-shaped nails should be used to fix the end of the geogrid (4 nails per meter wide, fixed at a uniform distance). 2. After fixing the end of the grille, use a laying machine or manual method to slowly pull the grille forward and lay it. Manually straighten it every 10 meters until one roll of grille is laid, and then lay the next roll. The operation is the same as before. 3. Joint laying: The length of the section to be laid is measured by the length of the roll. After the section length of the grid is fully laid, the overall quality of the laying should be checked, and then the next section should be laid. When laying the next section, the grid should overlap with the grid by a net distance, and be fixed with binding wires before continuing to lay the second section in the forward direction. And so on, the operational requirements are the same as before.
