Excavate the roadway to the desired elevation and compact the subgrade thoroughly.

 

Step 2 - Unroll the Geotextile Fabric

 

Roll out the geotextile fabric on the compacted subgrade, ensuring it is free of wrinkles and folds.

 

Step 3 - Sew the Geotextile Fabric

 

Stitch the fabric on-site with a dual thread lock stitch to prevent unraveling. Choose from prayer, j, or butterfly seams.

 

Step 4 - Apply Aggregate

 

Place aggregate to the specified thickness, ensuring full compaction before proceeding.

 

Step 5 - Lay Asphalt

 

Complete the installation by laying the pavement layer.
